The Founder Deal · The simple version
$0 upfront. We build the whole thing
You keep doing what only you can do: making people care. We bring the ideas, product talent, and operating systems to turn that attention into a beautifully made product and a company that keeps moving.
Your cost
$0 upfront
upfront. There's no build fee, retainer, or surprise invoice between the idea and the first launch.
We find
The right first product
We study what your audience watches, saves, asks for, and already tries to buy. Then we tell you exactly what is worth building.
We build
The complete product
Beautiful software and UX, or sourcing and quality manufacturing, plus the brand, checkout, delivery, launch, and details that make it feel complete.
We run
The system behind it
Customers, fulfillment, inventory or delivery, pricing, testing, reporting, and improvements don't fall back onto your plate.
You bring
The attention only you can earn
You keep making people care, protect the voice, approve anything carrying your name, and show up for the moments only you can lead.
What stays yours
Everything you already built
Your brand, channels, content, sponsorships, ad income, and previous work stay yours. Full stop.

How we work together
What we build together
If we both see a company worth building, we agree the long-term partnership before any work begins. The structure is simple: our upside comes from building something valuable with you, not from charging you to try.
You bring
The attention only you can earn
You keep making people care, protect what makes the work yours, and show up for the moments only you can lead.
Codex brings
The product team and business systems
We pay for the first build, create beautiful software or a well-made physical product, and put the operating system behind the company.
What stays separate
Your brand, channels, content, sponsorships, ad income, and everything you already made stay yours. We only share the new company we agree to build together.

Case 000
I wouldn't ask you to trust a process I keep hidden. I use it on my own work in public, with the same decisions, limits, and numbers you'd see.
Arya · Founder
The first 370K-creator company is being built now. I will share the real numbers here as soon as we have them.

Questions worth answering early
Why is there no upfront cost?
Because we're not an agency selling you a project. We're building a company with you, and we make money only if what we build together becomes valuable. That keeps our incentives aligned from the first day.
How does Project Codex make money?
We agree a long-term partnership in the new company we create together. Your existing brand, content, channels, sponsorships, ad income, and everything you already made stay yours. We walk through the exact structure after we have shown you what we believe is worth building and why.
I don't have time for this.
That's the point. We need your judgment, access to the audience information that helps us make good calls, and your help when it's time to launch. We handle the research, build, customers, and day-to-day work.
My audience doesn't buy things.
Maybe they won't. We look for repeated questions and real signs of intent before we build anything. If we can't find a strong idea, we'll tell you plainly and leave it there.
I tried merch or a course and it flopped.
That doesn't mean your audience will never buy. It usually means the product, promise, timing, price, or buying experience was off. We figure out which one before committing to another launch.
What if it doesn't sell?
Then we've lost time and work too. That shared risk keeps us honest. We test the idea in small ways first, and we don't keep pushing something the audience doesn't want.
I already have a manager or an agency.
Keep them. Managers and agencies can be great at deals, reach, or production. We focus on building and running the new company, and we agree on the lines before we start.
What stays mine?
Everything you already built: your brand, channels, content, sponsorships, ad income, and previous work. The partnership only covers the new company we agree to create. The final agreement makes every boundary clear before we begin.
Can either of us walk away?
Yes. Before we start, the agreement explains what each of us is responsible for and what happens if one of us stops contributing or wants to leave. No vague promises and no traps.
